Preston Cary, NC Custom Screened Porch Remodle
Very interesting project here. Had to tear down part of the screened porch to get the hot tub in. Also, installed a under deck gutter drainage system. Rebuild the pickets and trex handrails--notched around the posts. installed the furring and removable panels, reframed the doors and installed new door and they are good to go.
